B2B content strategy

Know what to publish next and why

I plan content for B2B SaaS companies based on what buyers search for and what they ask your sales team. You get a list of topics, the reason behind each one and a schedule your team can follow.

How I plan your content

Content usually fails because nobody decided who it’s for or what the reader should do next. I answer those questions before anyone writes a word.

  1. 01

    Talk to your team

Sales calls and customer chats show me the questions your buyers actually ask.

  2. 02

    Map the topics

Topic clusters connect each search to a stage of the buying process.

  3. 03

    Plan the calendar

You get a schedule with a brief, a format and an owner for each piece.

  4. 04

    Review the results

Every few months, I check what brings in traffic and leads, then refresh or drop the rest.

What’s included

  • Content audit

A review of your existing content that shows what works, what to fix and what to remove.

  • Audience research

A clear picture of who you’re writing for and what they need to know before they buy.

  • Topic clusters

Groups of related articles that build authority on the subjects your buyers care about.

  • Editorial calendar

A publishing schedule your team can keep up with.

  • Content briefs

Briefs with the search intent, outline, sources and links for each article.

  • Distribution plan

A plan for sharing each piece on LinkedIn, by email and with your sales team.

Common questions

What’s included in a content strategy?

You get an audit of your current content, audience and keyword research, a topic plan, an editorial calendar and briefs for the first articles.

Can you also write the content?

Yes. I can write and publish it myself, or hand over briefs to your team or freelancers.

How is this different from an SEO strategy?

SEO is one part of it. A content strategy also covers positioning, LinkedIn, email, sales content and how each piece gets shared.

We already publish regularly. Do we still need a strategy?

If you publish often but traffic and leads stay flat, a strategy shows you why. The usual causes are the wrong topics, the wrong audience or no clear next step for the reader.
